Frame:
Aluminum and steel tube can be chosen for frame.
Aluminum tube is light. Tube thickness we normally use is 1.2 mm, which is strong enough for furniture supporting. If is specially required, 1.5mm thick aluminum tube can also be offered, which makes the furniture luxurious.
The steel tube we use for frame is 0.8mm thick, which is also strong enough for supporting.

Powder Coating:
Powder coating makes the frame be fully protected against corrosion.
There is a variety of powder coating color customers can choose. Normally, we make powder coating color matching PE rattan color, which is accepted by most of our customers.

PE Rattan:
PE rattan material is an ideal choice for outdoor living. It is UV protective, durable, waterproof and weather-resistant, suitable under any harsh weather condition. Rattan color is optional.
We could offer a warranty of 3 years. Also our rattan is certified by SGS.

Cushion and Pillow:
All our cushions for furniture are made of water repellent fabrics suitable for outdoor use. Fabric color is optional.
All cushion have the zipper, which is washable.
For special requirement, UK FR fabric and foam are also available.
PS: There could be a little difference in the color for the actural fabric and in the picture.

Carton:
5 layers export grade cardboard is normally used. If customers need stronger packing, 7 layers carton is also available.
